Our publication Purple Stories provides advice to make it easier for employees and networks to decide why, when and how to share their story of disability for business and personal gain.
Since our launch in 2015 PurpleSpace has been driving new conversations about disability at work and challenging the language we use to make it easier for thousands of talented disabled people to bring their authentic selves to work. We are proud to talk about 'purple talent' and of our role in growing a purple community that helps other disabled people looking for employment to notice that they are not on their own.
