A disability fishbowl session is a high-impact engagement approach to use to bring together employees with a disability and leaders in an organisation.
It draws attention to the value people with a disability bring to the workplace as well as the challenges they encounter in the work environment. Having such a transparent and candid conversation deepens the awareness of leaders and can act as a trigger for change.
