In February 2013 Kate Nash Associates, led by PurpleSpace CEO Kate Nash OBE invited 100 employers to take part in the Secrets & Big News research project. 

The employer participants were asked to complete a broad questionnaire about challenges and current practice with regard to monitoring on disability and time to circulate a second survey to disabled employees. 55 employers took part and together they reached a total of 2,511 disabled employees who responded to the survey.

The full publication Secrets & Big News, looks at what makes it hard to share personal information, as well as what makes it easier. Filled with practical case studies and top tips the book is triggering a wave of new conversations between valuable employees and UK and global businesses.
