In the current business climate, networks/Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) need every ounce of support they can get to help the business understand the power of employee networks. Networks / ERGs can be amazing agents of change, helping embed diversity and inclusion into the culture of an organisation, they are processes – not destinations.They are a tool or a technique for enabling change. If you can position your network/ERG as an agent of change and have thriving relationships with your stakeholders, you will be better placed to notice the opportunities for your network/ERG and the business.
