Intersectionality is often used when talking about diversity and inclusion. But what does it actually mean?
How does it apply to employee networks and resource groups? How have members put this into practice? Does it work? And is it necessary to take account of our multiple identities when building disability confidence? What lessons can be learned? In this briefing, we will be answering all those questions and more. We want to blow away some of the confusion about what this means and talk about practical ways we have seen it work well.
