We've been looking forward to delivering the second part of our core 'Networkology Academy' workshop for some weeks now and our event on15th October exceeded our expectations and based on the feedback we’ve been receiving, that of our members and delegates too.
Generously hosted by our members Lloyds Banking Group whose own Access Network leads the way in disability #Networkology best practice, part two of our Networkology Academy was designed to equip Disability EmployeeNetwork/Resource Group leaders and Diversity & Inclusion allies with the know-how to drive the disability inclusion agenda from the inside out.
During the lively and interactive sessions, our 40+ delegates from organisations including: Allegis Global Solutions, Britvic, Central North West London NHS Foundation Trust, Companies House, Essex Police, Fujitsu, Financial Ombudsman Service, Herbert Smith Freehills, Home Office, KPMG, National Grid, Santander and University of Reading, pooled experience from their different sectors and industries to create ideas and strategies designed to:
- Create the momentum for an authentic story-telling campaigns
- Help the networks/resource group to support the organisation to improve its workplace adjustment processes
- Build a ‘stand-out brand’ that engages people with different experiences of disability
- Create imaginative communications to promote the work of your network/resource group
