Graeme led on disability management at Lloyds Banking Group from 2010 to 2016, where he created an award-winning approach to making workplace adjustments for disabled employees. Graeme is now an independent consultant who helps employers become brilliant at employing disabled people, an important aspect of which is embedding cultural change as measured by employees' willingness to share their disability status. He’s enjoyed considerable success in doing this, for example helping Channel 4 increase the percentage of staff sharing their disability from 3% to 11.5%, and 1% to 8% at Viacom International Media Networks.
