We love to support our members in different ways. There is such power in sharing knowledge and best practice and in having those thought-provoking conversations with others in exactly the same boat as you – and we have created these peer group learning sessions to give you the space to do just this.
We invite you to join us for this month's peer group learning session where the focus will be on ‘Supporting your Disabled Colleagues’ Careers’. A small group of Network / ERG leaders will have the opportunity to discuss with each other, with help from the expertise of PurpleSpace, how to support your disabled colleagues to think ‘big’ about their careers.
This session is perfect for you to attend if:
- You are considering implementing a mentoring/ coaching scheme within your network/ organisation and would like to chat about the potential methods, challenges and opportunities.
- You would like to explore the idea of ‘low expectation’ that is placed on a person either by themselves or by others and what you can do to help remedy this.
- You would like to discuss ideas to encourage disabled employees to think positively in relation to their career ambitions.
Join us to hear what others are doing in this space at 10.00am on Tuesday, 21st July. Please note that this coaching is for PurpleSpace members only. In order to maximise the benefit to learn from each other, the amount of spaces for this webinar is limited to 6 per session and offered on a first come, first serve basis. Captioning will be provided.
