In 2014 Kate Nash Associates launched the groundbreaking publication' Secrets and Big News' which looks at challenges and current practice with regard to disability, monitoring and sharing personal information at work.
Based on a two-year research project, the book details the reasons why people find it hard to share information and offers ideas for both employers and employees alike. 55 employers took part in the study and together they reached just over 2,500 of their employees who offered their views about what makes it hard to share personal information, as well as what makes it easier.
The publication is free for PurpleSpace members to download. Non-members can buy the publication at Amazon.
