In addition, we invited responses from our ERG Global Forum and the #PurpleLightUp Reference Group and gained further insights from our regular coaching sessions with ERG / Network leaders.

Just over 200 leaders, allies, champions and D&I professionals took part.

The report includes insights from Paulette Cohen, Head of Diversity & Inclusion, Barclays; David Caldwell, Founding PurpleSpace Ambassador and Chair PurpleSpace Impact Working Group; Mark Hodgkinson, Chief Executive, Scope;  Brendan Roach, Director of Strategy & Networkology, PurpleSpace and Gavin Bounds, PurpleSpace and #PurpleLightUp Chair.
