At the sessions, we explored our Leadership Lesson ‘Improved disability workforce data is an outcome of inclusive practice, not a precursor to it.
This report offers a summary of key learnings for you to cascade to your network colleagues and allies. In the sessions, we offered the following scenario for attendees to explore during our discussion: “You are meeting with senior leaders to discuss your organisation’s workplace adjustments/accommodation provision. Your ERG/Network members report poor or inconsistent experiences however some executives think that low self ID data means that the adjustment/accommodation process doesn't warrant the investment.”
