Confident Conversations Video - The Fundamentals and The Hurdles

Over the last 12 months, our Purple Confidence Strategic Forum (led by PurpleSpace Ambassador and GSK Workplace adjustments and Accessibility Director, Andy Garrett), has been exploring new ways to cascade the learnings from our Confident Conversations series.
As part of this, we are delighted to share our new Confident Conversations video, which provides a summary of our definition of confidence (a strong expectation of a positive outcome) and the fundamentals and hurdles to building confidence.
Building on the launch of our condition-specific Confident Conversation resources , this film will support employees with disabilities to build their inner confidence and personal resilience. During the film, we introduce what confidence is to people with disabilities and how we can nurture the right mindset to enter purposeful conversations with colleagues.
