At the sessions, we explored our Leadership Lesson ‘Great leaders take humour seriously’ and shared a video from disability consultant and star of UK Channel 4’s Gogglebox show, Simon Minty.
In the video, Simon shares his three top tips for disability ERG/Network leaders to use humour effectively as a leadership trait, encouraging leaders to use what comes naturally to them and craft stories that people remember for the right reasons. This report offers a summary of key learnings for you to cascade to your network colleagues and allies.
