About Tobi and Movell
Tobi has extensive knowledge and experience in HR. Prior to joining AGS in December 2013 as a Senior Human Resources Manager, she spent 11 years working at Royal Mail where she carried out various HR roles, including leading the company’s diversity efforts. In 2010, Tobi set up her own HR and diversity consultancy business, and worked with a number of organisations to implement the UK Government’s Access to Work scheme.
Today, Tobi heads up the HR function for AGS in the EMEA Region. Tobi is also a key member of AGS’ All4 Inclusion and Diversity Council, and remains passionate about supporting employees with disabilities at work.
Movell has beena D&I practioner for almost two decades in the public and private sector. Movell led the award-winning Embrace Career Development Programme for HMRC and went on to act as consultant on the development of similar programmes for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and other private sector organisations.
Movell has significant experience working with employee network groups. She has been co-chair of the gender network and committee member of the BAME and Disability networks at HMRC. She has also been an executive committee member of the Civil Service wide BAME network, now known as the Civil Service Race Forum.
