Our second cohort of EA Inclusion - Civil Service bursary holders, are currently in the research phase of their exciting joint project. They are coming together to fulfil the broad and challenging brief of creating an outcome that will make the civil service a more inclusive workplace for disabled employees. They have some extremely exciting, creative, thought leading ideas and we are all looking forward to hearing what the research phase of this joint project has uncovered.
This meeting is a chance for these aspiring leaders to give us a progress update. The project which is being overseen by experienced network leader and PurpleSpace Ambassador Paul Willgoss (pictured above) is designed to develop the bursary holder's research, planning and collaboration skills which are key skills to have when leading a network / employee resource group.
