We love to support our members in different ways. There is such power in sharing knowledge and best practice and in having thought-provoking conversations with others who are in a similar position – and we have created these peer group learning sessions to give you the space to do just this.
We invite you to join us one of this month’s peer group learning session on 26th or 28th of January where the focus will be on laying the foundations for an impactful 2021 by reviewing, refreshing or confirming your disability employee network or resource group’s purpose and priorities for the coming (and hopefully ‘post-pandemic’) year. A small group of members will have the opportunity to discuss with each other, with help from the expertise of PurpleSpace, how their networks can support the business to continue to learn directly from the experience of employees with disabilities as new post-pandemic structures evolve.
Whether your network is starting out, stepping up or thriving and innovating, this session is perfect for you if you want to:
•Review how your network is performing
•Clarify or confirm your group’s purpose
•Review or refresh your network’s strategy
•Define your role as a network/resource group leader
•Identify and collaborate with key stakeholders
