This year for International Women's Day, HSBC are bringing together a panel of leaders who are at the forefront of thought leadership of women from under-represented groups.
Hosted by Georges Elhedery, Group Managing Director and Co-CEO of Global Banking & Markets, HSBC, this event will cover:
- The intersectional experience for women who represent other aspects of diversity
- What needs to happen to make the gender agenda more inclusive of women from different backgrounds
- What can we collectively do to build future skills / forward-looking leadership capabilities for those women to get more of them through the pipeline
- What do organisations need to do within their key statements and actions to hard wire a more inclusive intent through which recognises the intersections of aspects of difference
- The challenges/opportunities in trying address systemic change with other multinationals / organisations / networks
