Why ABM has become a PurpleSpace Strategic Partner

We wanted to get on board with the global #PurpleLightUp movement and ensure that disabled employees’ valuable contribution is recognised both in the work place and how they ensure we deliver the best possible services for our disabled customers.

To deliver the best possible services, we need to make sure we involve all interested parties – first and foremost, people living with disabilities and organisations that support them. This year we committed to the journey of achieving Disability Confidence Employer status, which will see us embark on a range of initiatives raising the standards of Passengers with Reduced Mobility (PRM) services offered through staff training, partnerships with disability groups, and investment in new technology and specialist equipment.
