Work with us

PurpleSpace is a social enterprise with a global mission: to build the world’s only network of disability employee resource groups / networks via the creation, collection and distribution of world-class and unique suites of resources.

We’re recruiting three exciting roles to support us with our strategic growth and delivery for our community of members in 2022 and beyond.

From all three successful candidates, we’re on the lookout for people who appreciate the hands-on approach required for working in a small team. Our new team members should be passionate about disability inclusion, want to super-charge their own career path when it comes to disability cultural change and want to be part of a phenomenal team who are changing the world.

Please note that all roles are fully remote/home based roles. The roles can be based anywhere in the world, as long as you are able to work within UK time zones and pay tax in the country you work and live in.

Applications without both a CV and cover letter will not be considered.

Let us know if there is anything we can do to adjust our recruitment process in order that you can apply. We are happy to use Zoom, Teams or other accessible technology at interview stage and/or provide captioning to suit the applicant.
