In November, Sally Owen (Co-MD of PurpleSpace) and Jen Morris (Director of L&D at PurpleSpace) will deliver a Networkology-style strategy re-boot masterclass, to help you renew your ERG/Network’s clarity and purpose for 2027.

This masterclass is open to ERG/Network Leaders and their committees, and EDI colleagues, so that you get a flavour of the Networkology approach and gain some key take aways. The most impactful disability ERG/Network leaders know that to create impact, they need to be intentional and targeted in everything they do. 

Without clear direction, even the most passionate ERG/Network can struggle to translate good intentions into meaningful outcomes. They can get submerged in the ‘doing’ and be buffeted by the expectations of others, which can incrementally take them off course. 

This is an ideal time to pause, take stock and consider how you want to shape your strategy for 2027, before the year begins and it shapes you. 

This month we invite you to consider:

What change are we trying to achieve in the next year?

What will we need to start, stop or continue to achieve it?

How will we measure the impact we have created?
