This case study explores the creation of National Trust’s Workability network.
Covid and lockdown brought to the fore the challenges disabled colleagues were experiencing.
From conversations with like-minded people, the need emerged to connect people and their shared experiences. This began as an informal gathering of people, online, to simply support and listen to each other about the challenges of doing work differently as a result of the pandemic.
