On 11 March, we will launch the first iteration of our Networkology Self-Assessment Tool, sponsored by Microlink and Sanofi.

This first of its kind interactive tool will support disability ERG/Network leaders to measure and improve their performance across key areas such as purpose, collaboration, supporting improved workplace adjustments, building  inner confidence and countering the purple negativity bias.

The Networkology Self-Assessment Tool enables disability  ERG/Network leaders to move from good intentions to consistent impact via an  interactive assessment and tailored feedback based on our Networkology framework.

This month we invite you to consider:

• What is your network currently doing well and where does it need to improve?

• What is the role of the disability ERG/Network leader in supporting increased impact?

• How might the Networkology Self-Assessment tool support you to improve your approach to ERG/Network leadership?
